Dr. Anderson Welcomes You

- We strive to keep you involved in your treatment through education and motivation to help us reach another goal of ours, to help you have a healthy, comfortable, functional, and esthetically pleasing dentition for the rest of your life.

Our focus is to establish an individualized and personalized relationship with each and every patient in our practice and to guide you to the best and most comfortable oral health that you desire. We will do everything possible to help you reach that goal.
At your first appointment, we will take the time to get to know you and your dental needs. Together, we will work to design a personal plan for you for optimum dental health for a lifetime. We will perform a comprehensive dental evaluation including taking any necessary X-rays and gathering all of the necessary information to make a thorough diagnosis and a customized treatment plan. This will take about 90 minutes.
We have enclosed a comprehensive health history form and a new patient questionnaire. Please fill them out and bring them with to your first visit.
